WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Digital Products: We offer Free Instant Delivery worldwide on all digital albums and artwork. Physical Products: Shipping fees for physical media (CDs & Vinyl) are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping on physical items as they are custom-produced and fulfilled internationally by our partner in the UK.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

At Magnimel Arts, we provide original music and neoclassical art to a global audience. This policy outlines how we get our products to you, regardless of where you are in the world. 1. Digital Products All digital products (including downloadable albums, tracks, and artwork) are delivered instantly via email and a secure download link upon completion of your purchase. There are no shipping fees or physical delivery wait times for digital items. 2. Physical Products (CDs & Vinyl) Our physical media is custom-produced on-demand and fulfilled by our partner, elasticStage, located in the United Kingdom. Global Shipping: We offer shipping to over 95 countries worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific destination, the weight of the items, and the selected shipping method. Delivery Estimates: United Kingdom: 3–5 business days. Europe & North America: 7–14 business days. Rest of World: 14–21 business days. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier. 3. International Taxes & Customs For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees. Magnimel Arts does not collect these fees at checkout; they are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office. 4. Lost or Damaged Items While we utilize global fulfillment partners, Magnimel Arts is your primary point of contact. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@magnimelarts.com so we can resolve the issue immediately.
