REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

At Magnimel Arts, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding digital and physical goods. By purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms: 1. Digital Products All sales of digital products (including downloadable music files, albums, artwork, and templates) are final at the moment of purchase. Because digital content is delivered immediately and can be saved or copied, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order is completed. Exceptions: If you receive a corrupted or incomplete file, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at info@magnimelarts.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and proof of the issue. 2. Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, & Merchandise) All physical products offered on MagnimelArts.com are produced and fulfilled by our independent third-party partners (such as elasticStage). While fulfillment is handled by our partners, Magnimel Arts is your primary point of contact for any issues. Damaged or Defective Items: If your physical product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners to resolve this for you immediately. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our physical media, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us so we can investigate the tracking with our shipping partners. 3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement To initiate a request regarding a damaged physical item or a corrupted digital file, please: Email us at: info@magnimelarts.com Include your Order Number. Attach Photos (for physical damage) or a description of the error (for digital files). We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
